Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CyprusAutomate website and services operated by CyprusAutomate.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Use of the Service

1.1 Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

1.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

1.3 User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate CyprusAutomate, a CyprusAutomate employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm CyprusAutomate or users of the Service or expose them to liability

2. Course Registration and Payment

2.1 Course Enrollment

By enrolling in a course offered by CyprusAutomate, you agree to abide by the specific course requirements, including attendance policies, assessment criteria, and course completion requirements.

2.2 Payment Terms

When you purchase a course or service from CyprusAutomate, you agree to pay the fees as stated at the time of enrollment. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. Payment must be made in full before course access is granted, unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon.

2.3 Refund Policy

Course fees are refundable up to 14 days before the course start date, subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued once a course has begun. In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness (with medical documentation) or family emergency, we may consider full or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.

2.4 Course Rescheduling

You may reschedule your enrollment to a future course offering up to 7 days before the original course start date at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the course start date are subject to a €75 rescheduling fee.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Course Materials

All course materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video content, and software, are the property of CyprusAutomate or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

3.2 Restrictions on Use

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Service without prior written permission from CyprusAutomate.

3.3 User Content

By posting, uploading, or submitting content to the Service, you grant CyprusAutomate a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to provide content that you submit.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CyprusAutomate, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CyprusAutomate's total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CyprusAutomate for the Service during the six (6) months prior to the claim.

5. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

CyprusAutomate does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

6. Data Protection

CyprusAutomate is committed to protecting your personal data. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
